The appellant seeks reversal of a decision made by the Bellevue Community School District, and upheld by the Area Education Agency 9 board, regarding the transportation of the students.

The primary thrust of his complaint is that as a result of the existing morning and afternoon bus route at issue, two students are receiving preferential treatment to the detriment of many other students on the bus route.

Because the district had made a choice of directions for the bus route to run does not necessarily , and does not here, create a type of discrimination which is improper or illegal.

The local board's decision is upheld.
