The appellants seek reversal of a decision made by the Iowa High School Athletic Association Board of Control denying athletic eligibility due to the dropout rule.

The student lived in Wisconsin before moving to Iowa to live with an aunt and uncle. He was scholastically ineligible to participate in athletics in Wisconsin before he moved.

Because he did not 15 semester hours of credit in the preceding semester, he was deemed ineligible under the dropout rule.

The decision made by the Board of Control is affirmed.
