The appellant seeks reversal of a decision made by the Creston Community School District board regarding her residency for school purposes. She and her children lived with her aunt in the Diagonal School District. She enrolled them in school there, and they moved into Creston.

It was determined the appellant's reason for establishing residency in the Creston School District was for employment and parenting reasons, rather than an attempt to receive tuition-free education.

The local board's decision is overruled.
