The appellant seeks reversal of a decision made by the Beam-Conrad-Lipscomb Community School District expelling his son.

The student was a high school senior involved in several infraction of school rules. After three incidents, he was expelled for the remainder of the semester. He believed he was singled out because of his time spent at Eldora Training School.

While the appellants have raised legitimate concerns, there is not sufficient reason to overturn the board's decision.

The local board's decision is affirmed.
