The appellant seeks reversal of a decision made by the Rudd-Rockford-Marble Creek Community School District board to reorganize the district, have the elementary school house K-4, send Rockford 5-6 students to Rudd and Marble Rock, and then close a school in Rockford.

She believes the decision was hasty and made with insufficient information and study, based upon the Barker guidelines. The district's decision does not have the deficiencies of adequate notice that was found in the Barker case.

The local board's decision is affirmed.
