The appellants seek reversal of a decision made by the Cedar Rapids Community School District board to close an elementary school and reassign the students to other elementary schools in the district. They contend the board relied too heavily on information provided by administration and sufficiently consider information from other sources.

The task at hand is to make sure there were opportunities made available for public input; this happened in this case. Since the board was fully appraised of the facts, there is insufficient reason to overturn this decision.
