Summary
The appellants seek a reversal of a decision made by the Grinnell-Newburg Community School District board to change the schedules of the junior and high school, and also for not repairing the old junior high building
The board approved a split shift schedule for the junior high and high school, so that the junior high would run 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM while the high school would go from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
The board made their decision after due and sufficient consideration, had sufficient basis in fact for their decisions, and did not deprive the appellants' children the equal right for an education.
The decision made by the local board is upheld.
