The petitioner seeks clarification Iowa Code 301.1(1975)concerning the adoption of textbooks.

By furnishing textbooks to nonpublic schools in its district, a public school district is not obligated to do the same for nonpublic school in other public school districts. The only textbooks made available to the nonpublic school would be those officially adopted and purchased by the public school district.
