Summary
The petitioner sought clarification of which of two bus routes would be appropriate for measuring distance to determine entitlement for free transportation.
There was only one route considered by the AEA Board, and it was less than two miles.
The district is not precluded from charging the pro rata cost of such transportation mandated by the AEA Board of Directors.
