Student is an eight year old boy with speech and cognitive delays.  Student had been dual enrolled with special education services. The IEP team planned a meeting to discuss the draft IEP.  That meeting was postponed due to  COVID-19 school closure. Parents wanted to select the IEP services that their child would utilize.  Respondents’ actions were within the framework that has been established for CPI with dual enrollment for special education.  Respondents did not deny FAPE during the 2020-21 academic year.

Complainants have not proven that a denial of FAPE occurred.  Complainants’ requested relief is denied and complaint is dismissed.
