Summary
The complaint alleges the student did not receive a free appropriate public education during the past two years. The student had an IEP with goals in reading and transitioning. The issues in the complaint allege reading instruction and transition services were not adequate.
Any arguable procedural violation was de minimis and did not constitute a denial of FAPE. This Due Process Complaint is Dismissed. To the extent the Complainants’ arguments are not otherwise discussed or addressed in this decision, they are deemed to be without merit.
