The Iowa Association of School Boards ("IASB") filed a petition for declaratory order on or about January 4, 2005. The petition sought a ruling that Iowa school districts may utilize funds from the district management levy to pay the management fee to participate in the Fleet Service component of the Iowa Joint Utilities Management Program ("IJUMP"}.
