The Appellant filed an appeal concerning the lease of Robert's Stadium to Morningside College for 99 years for $1.This appeal alleges various conflicts of interest and violations of the law, including the Iowa Open Meetings Law(chapter 21); Gift Law (chapter 68B); and Iowa Public Bid Law (chapter73A).

The State Board of Education has no jurisdiction over any of these allegations. Appellant has other avenues available to him.

This appeal was dismissed.
