Full Text
Summary

On January 22, 1997, Appellee requested that it not be obliged to attend the hearing in person. Due to the distance, time and expense, Appellee asked that it be allowed to attend the hearing telephonically.

There is nothing in the Administrative Rules which would prevent one party from attending in-person while the other party attends telephonically, if desired.

Because of the hardship of attending in-person, Appellee was granted the opportunity to attend the hearing telephonically.
