The appellants seek exclusion from a three-year, whole grade sharing agreement Meridon-Cleghorn Community School District and Marcus Community School District.

The appellants want their son attend school in the Cherokee Community School District at Meridon-Cleghorn's expense. They feel they have stronger community ties in Cherokee, and the student participates in non-school sports and has two part-time jobs in Cherokee.

The appellants failed to meet the burden of proof with respect to geographic or educational grounds.

The appeal to have their son released from the whole-grade sharing agreement between Meriden-Cleghorn and Marcus Community School Districts is dismissed.
