The appellants seek exclusion from a three-year, whole grade sharing agreement Meridon-Cleghorn Community School District and Marcus Community School District.

They raise their appeal on the statutory grounds of geographic consideration and educational needs; however, they failed to meet the burden of proof with respect to geographic or educational grounds.

The appeal to have their son released from the whole-grade sharing agreement between Meriden-Cleghorn and Marcus Community School Districts is dismissed.
