The appellants seek to be excluded from the whole grade sharing agreement between the District and the Radcliffe Community School District. They want to enroll their children at Iowa Falls Community School District yet had not formally sought permission from Iowa Falls to do so.

Their main concern was geographical rather than the educational programming. However, they were unable to prove that they had a geographical hardship that outweighed the integrity of the sharing agreement.

The appeal is dismissed.
