The appellants were granted a rehearing on their request to be excluded from the whole grade sharing agreement between Hubbard Community School District and the Radcliffe Community School District. They offered new evidence on the issue of geographic hardship.

They had to show by clear and convincing evidence that their hardship outweighs the benefits and integrity of the sharing agreement. The evidence was not forthcoming to the degree necessary to justify a finding of true hardship.

The appeal has not been sustained and is dismissed.
