The appellants seek reversal of a decision made by the Irwin and Manilla Community School Districts to enter into a whole grade sharing agreement.

The boards met and voted on the sharing agreement on December 15 and constituted a valid decision made at a public meeting under Iowa law. This violated the Board statement of Irwin Community School District.

The decision of the Irwin Community School District is reversed and remanded to the local board for action consistent with this decision.
