The appellants seek reversal of two decisions made by the Scranton Consolidated School District board; one was concerning a whole grade sharing agreement with the Jefferson Community School District, and the other was about terms of a contract to effectuate the whole grade sharing agreement.

After getting responses from the community, on April 1, 1987, the local board voted to enter a whole grade sharing agreement with Jefferson.

The local board's decision is affirmed.
