The appellants seek reversal of a decision made by the Meriden-Cleghorn Community School District board denying a request to pay tuition for their children to attend school in Cherokee Community School District.

They approved guardianship to P. Diane Dugan, who lived in Cherokee. This was done so the students could attend Cherokee without paying tuition. The appellants were unable to prove that Meriden-Cleghorn could not meet the educational needs of their students.

The local board's decision is affirmed.
