The appellants seek reversal of a decision made by the Arnolds Park Consolidated School District denying their request for their children to be tuitioned out to Spirit Lake Community School District.

Their son was declining academically and behaviorally at Arnolds Park so was sent to Spirit Lake. After some testing, it was determined he would succeed in school once he began taking vocational classes. The appellants feel Arnolds Park staff were not helpful in educating their son.

The local board's decision is reversed.
