The appellant seeks reversal of a decision made by the Meriden-Cleghorn Community School District denying his request to release his child to attend Marcus Community School District.

The appellant removed his child from Meriden-Cleghorn as he felt their educational needs were not being met. The district did not have a talented and gifted program to meet the student's needs.

The local board's decision is affirmed in part and reversed in part.
