The appellant seeks to reverse a decision made by the Havelock-Plover Community School District to discontinue grades 7-12 and tuition those students to Pocahontas Community School District

On October 21, the board received a request from the community to tuition the high school 7-12 grade students to Pocahontas. After holding special meetings and getting public input, the board voted to approve tuitioning out.

The local board's decision is affirmed.
