The appellants seek reversal of a decision made by the appellee denying their request for tuition payment for their daughter to attend Spirit Lake Community School District.

The local board met on June 9 and denied their request to tuition out their daughter. When the appellants met with the superintendent to come up with a compromise that would work, they were unable to agree on a workable solution.

The local board's decision is partly reversed. The district can enter into a sharing agreement with Spirit Lake, or continue to pay Cory's tuition as it did in the previous year.
