The appellants seek reversal of a decision made by the appellee denying their request for tuition payment for their daughter to attend Spirit Lake Community School District.

Their daughter was characterized as being college bound, and the district did not have appropriate education programming available, which is why she is enrolled at Spirit Lake.

The local board's decision is partly reversed. The district can enter into a sharing agreement with Spirit Lake, or continue to pay tuition as it did in the previous year.
