The appellant seeks to reverse a decision made by the Meriden Cleghorn Community School District denying a request for his child to attend Marcus Community School District as the district cannot provide an appropriate education program.

The student has a learning disability and was not motivated to learn while attending at the district; his grades improved at Marcus.

The decision of the local board is affirmed.
