The appellant seeks reversal of a decision made by the Iowa High School Athletic Association Executive Board finding him ineligible to participate in interscholastic athletics because of a transfer.

He transferred from Waterloo to Cedar Falls Community School District due to family financial problems. The executive board found the evidence presented insufficient to warrant waiving the transfer rule. The transfer did not occur because of a residence change

The decision made by the executive board is affirmed.
