The appellant seeks reversal of a decision by the Indianola Community School District board denying his daughter's request for a completion certificate for a summer driver education course.
The student missed a day of the session and asked about make up alternatives, such as attending the course in another district or a tutoring session. The District denied the request due to no extenuating circumstances.
The appellant has not established that the district's attendance policy pertaining to driver education was overreaching, unreasonable, arbitrary, or capricious.
The local board's decision is affirmed.
