The appellants seek reversal of a decision made by the Decorah Community School District denying their request to home school their children

The district denied their request, because the only certified teacher working with the Sessions teaches only one-third of the specific curricular subjects to the children and works with them only a relatively minor part of the time. They found the children to be truant since the teacher was not being used on a regularly basis as required.

The local board's decision is affirmed.
